Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA that is seeking a Producer 3. In this role, the Producer serves as a key contributor between internal and external teams across a wide variety of functions and subject matter expertise, with direct influence and responsibility for the quality and outcomes of feature development, product publishing efforts, and strategic partnerships. The role involves identifying, tracking, and reporting on tasks, coordinating across teams for timely delivery, reviewing schedules, collaborating to remove blockers, and communicating status updates to stakeholders.

Must Have

  • Identify, communicate, track, and report on individual tasks and work items.
  • Coordinate across teams to deliver quality on time for features, content, events, testing, localization, product extensions, and user engagement.
  • Review and provide informed feedback on development schedules and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to remove blockers.
  • Communicate status and updates on critical work items to key stakeholders regularly.
  • Actively unblock workflows by utilizing existing solutions and/or implementing new tools or processes.
  • 5+ years of experience in a video game Production or Project Management role.
  • At least 2 shipped titles credited as producer on PC and/or Console games.
  • Ability to identify gaps and product needs proactively.
  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Teams, Office tools, and other project management platforms.

In this role, the Producer serves as a key contributor between internal and external teams across a wide variety of functions and subject matter expertise, with direct influence and responsibility for the quality and outcomes of feature development, product publishing efforts, and strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, communicate, track, and report on individual tasks and work items
  • Coordinate across teams to deliver quality on time for features, content, events, testing, localization, product extensions, and user engagement
  • Review and provide informed feedback on development schedules and roadmaps
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to remove blockers and ensure pathways to product development and go-to-market goals
  • Communicate status and updates on critical work items to key stakeholders regularly
  • Actively unblock workflows by utilizing existing solutions and/or implementing new tools or processes
  • Provide flexible assistance for other Producers as needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a video game Production or Project Management role focused on PC and/or Console games with at least 2 shipped titles credited as producer
  • Ability to identify gaps and product needs proactively
  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills for documenting plans and supporting team goals
  • Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
  • Continuous drive to learn and adapt to evolving environments and gaming trends
  • Passion for and understanding of gaming and gaming culture
  • Self-starter with flexibility to work varying hours based on project demands
  • Experience working in distributed teams and supporting remote collaboration
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Teams, Office tools, and other project management platforms

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
